1. Contractual Relationship and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms" or "Agreement") constitute a legally binding, valid agreement between you (the "User" or "you") and the developers of the "Survival Academy" mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application," "App," "we," or "us"). By downloading, installing, launching, purchasing, or otherwise utilizing any portion of this Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are strictly prohibited from accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Application, and you must immediately uninstall and delete all copies of this software from your devices.

2. Intellectual Property and Scope of License

Survival Academy, including but not limited to its source code, databases, compilations, text, step-by-step guides, graphics, user interface designs, illustrations, icons, layout, and overall proprietary structure, is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws. Subject to your strict compliance with these Terms and your successful purchase of the App, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and non-sublicensable license to install and run one copy of the Application on a personal Android-compatible device solely for your private, non-commercial, and educational use. Any attempt to copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of this Application without our express, prior written authorization is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the immediate revocation of your license.

3. Paid Application Model and Billing Terms

Survival Academy is a premium, paid digital application requiring a one-time upfront purchase fee (or as otherwise structured on the store) to unlock full offline operational utilities. All billing, currency conversions, sales taxes, and financial transaction protocols are securely managed, authenticated, and executed exclusively by Google LLC through the official Google Play Store Billing infrastructure. We do not process, receive, collect, or store any of your financial data, billing addresses, or payment credentials. All refund requests, payment disputes, or transactional issues must be handled directly through Google Play's user support portal and are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

4. Zero-Data Offline Utility and Local Device Custody

The Application is architected to operate fully offline as a localized sandbox utility. It does not require user registration, account creation, or connection to remote servers. Consequently, you are entirely responsible for maintaining the physical security, integrity, and backups of your device, as well as the local application state stored within your Android OS sandbox. Because we do not back up or synchronize your custom progress, favorites, bookmarks, or data onto external servers, any uninstallation of the Application or factory resetting of your physical device will permanently erase all local metadata, for which we hold no liability or recovery obligation.

5. Medical and First-Aid Content Disclaimer (Strict Educational Purpose)

IMPORTANT NOTICE: READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USE.

The emergency survival protocols, first-aid techniques, wilderness medical databases, historical remedies, and step-by-step health instructions contained within Survival Academy are compiled solely for general educational, illustrative, and historical informational purposes. The Application does not provide professional medical advice, clinical diagnosis, active medical triage, or treatment regimens.

The information rendered in this Application is not a substitute for professional medical care, hands-on physical clinical training, or the direct instructions of emergency rescue services and licensed physicians. Emergency situations require professional intervention. You are explicitly urged to contact your local emergency response number (such as 911, 112, or regional equivalents) or civil defense authorities in any medical emergency.

Your reliance on any educational content presented within this Application is undertaken solely at your own discretion, liability, and personal risk. We do not warrant or guarantee that the instructions, procedures, or guidelines provided are error-free, safe, or legally permissible under your local laws or jurisdiction.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION AND ALL CONTENT CONTAINED THEREIN ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE INTERNATIONAL LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SYSTEM INTEGRATION, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY EDUCATIONAL GUIDES, MEDICINAL COMPILATIONS, OR EMERGENCY PROCEDURES. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL OPERATE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, THAT ALL SOFTWARE BUGS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE LOCAL HARDWARE SANDBOX WILL REMAIN FULLY COMPATIBLE WITH FUTURE UPDATES OF THE ANDROID OPERATING SYSTEM.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE INTERNATIONAL LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPERS, ASSOCIATES, OR DISTRIBUTORS OF SURVIVAL ACADEMY BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF PERSONAL DATA, PHYSICAL BODILY INJURY, WRONGFUL DEATH, ILLNESS, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT, DEVICE DAMAGE, OR SYSTEM FAILURE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION, OR YOUR RELIANCE UPON THE MEDICAL AND SURVIVAL GUIDES PROVIDED. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY APPLIES REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE CLAIM IS BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Uses

By utilizing the Application, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

• You will not use the Application to engage in any unlawful, dangerous, or unauthorized wilderness survival activities.
• You will not bypass, disable, or interfere with any security-related features, digital rights management (DRM) protections, or Google Play licensing checks implemented within the Application's package binary.
• You will not use any automated scripts, scrapers, crawlers, or extraction tools to harvest the proprietary database compiled within the Application.
• You will not redistribute, repackage, clone, or publish the Application's binary files (.apk or .aab) on alternative app marketplaces, torrent sites, or file-sharing networks.

9. Governing Law and International Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, international commercial principles and standard contract laws, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Application shall be settled amicably through direct communications. In the event that an amicable resolution cannot be reached, any formal arbitration or legal proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis, and you explicitly waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

10. Complete Independence from Regional Local Regulations

This legal framework has been constructed in strict accordance with supreme global consumer safety and digital licensing standards, deliberately prioritizing international legal protocols (such as European and North American digital commerce protections) over less comprehensive local regional regulations, including those of developing economies. We maintain a singular, universally high standard of user licensing and protection worldwide, ensuring uniform contractual clarity for every global citizen downloading the Application from the Google Play Store.

11. Termination of Agreement

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without prior notice or liability, to terminate your license to use the Application if you violate any covenant, representation, or terms set forth in this Agreement. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must destroy all digital copies of the Application in your possession. Your obligations under sections detailing Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Dispute Resolution shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

12. Modifications to the Terms and the Application

We reserve the right to revise, update, or structurally modify these Terms at our discretion to align with updated Google Play Policies, security standards, or international compliance shifts. Any revisions will be marked with a new "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Because the Application operates fully offline, it is your responsibility to review the latest Terms published on the Google Play Store listing page periodically. Continued use of the Application following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your explicit acceptance of the updated Agreement.
